Refund & Cancellation Policies
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product, we will gladly provide a replacement. Any concerns must be reported at the time of delivery.
Please note that all service fees, handling charges, delivery fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to issue refunds for merchandise that is not returned or after it has been used for its intended purpose.
Duplicate orders, orders placed by mistake, orders where delivery was attempted, and orders canceled prior to the scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a refund of the product price only, subject to a 40% cancellation fee. Certain orders may not qualify under this policy depending on the circumstances.
